Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Some features, including any prizes, are limited to users who are 18 or older and may be restricted to certain regions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person unless we expressly allow otherwise.
• Tell us promptly at our support email if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Cheat, manipulate scoring, or use bots, scripts, or automated scraping.
• Create multiple or fake accounts, or impersonate others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to breach the security of the Service.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful content.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Fantasy games and prizes

GateDropoffers free-to-play fantasy and Pick'Em games for entertainment. The Service is not a gambling or wagering platform. If and when prizes are offered, they will be subject to separate, posted rules that control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by GateDrop and protected by applicable laws. GateDrop is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any racing series, team, or rider. Series names, rider names, numbers, and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and standings will always be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GateDrop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
